"C" Misdemeanor: $ 395.00
"B" Misdemeanor: $ 450.00
"A" Misdemeanor: $ 450.00

Installment Payment Plan for Misdemeanors: One-half is paid as a retainer before our first court appearance; the balance is due in 15 days.
FELONY REPRESENTATION FEES
My flat fees** for Felony charges are as follows:
"D" Felony: $ 1,000 to $2,500 (Varies with nature of charge)
"C" Felony: $ 2,500 to $8,000 (Varies with nature of charge)
"B" Felony: $ $5,000 to 12,500 (Varies with nature of charge)
"A" Felony: $ 12,500 and up (Varies with nature of charge)
